When we first found out about The 7-Minute Workout, an application that guarantees to concede you the advantages of a sweat-soaked bicycle ride and an outing to the rec center in only a couple of minutes, we thought it was all buildup.
In any case, for reasons unknown, the application really, well, works you out.
We attempted it without precedent for January, regardless we’re snared. It’s ideal on the ends of the week, when one of us can’t make it to yoga, or as something enjoyable to do with a companion at home.
I have been an avid gym goer for years and we recently moved to a place where there is no gym. I am a stay-at-home mom and motivating myself to workout in the space i’m in all the time is less than desirable bc i love working out and that is my safe haven, my place of release. I don’t get the same from working out at home. Therefore for almost a year i have not been working out like i used. I feel soft, sluggish, and i noticed my eating habits have veered greatly. I used this app for the first time today bc i want to make improvements. I want to take 7mins in the morning to begin a new mind transformation. I have tried doing it in the past; getting my weights, going outside and doing something. But it ends up bwing more laborious than i like. It’s only been one day but 7mins is something i can dedicate to every morning bf getting the kids together and ready for school. It is a beginning that will hopefully change my mindset and give me the motivation to workout. The workout is easy enough but hard enough for someone who has been out of the game for awhile or just starting out.
